Our philosophy is based on the principle that a true movement paradigm exists for sports excellence, one that necessitates mastering biomechanical efficiency above all. As an efficient athlete, you will avoid injury and recover quickly. You will be able to handle the stresses of training and competition, not just for a season, but for the rest of your competitive life. Only through careful assessment, planning, evaluation, rehab, and education will goals be achieved year after year. We help our athletes understand how the body moves and propels itself, developing his or her ability to sustain maximum effort with minimal energy cost.

TracyPealSpeed can help any athlete become faster, stronger, and more injury resistant, as well as return from an injury. Tracy Peal is not only an elite coach,  but he is a movement specialist who can teach an athlete how to harness their maximum potential  through efficient body use based on the proper kinesiological utilization of the body’s structures - muscles, joints, ligaments and tendons.  By learning to move within the limits of our biological design,  we greatly reduce damage to an athletes bones and joints and this  in turn eliminates common overuse  injuries.

“Tracy Peal is an extraordinary teacher. He has the unique ability to “feel” your need and create a caring relationship.”

- Phil Martelli, Head Men’s Basketball Coach, St. Joseph’

“Motion is created by the destruction of balance, [...] that thing moves most rapidly which is furthest from its balance.“
- Leonardo da Vinci

Quote by a famous person

At TracyPealSpeed, we believe speed is the least understood aspect of sport.  Athletes from every sport can benefit from becoming faster but very few know how to do so. We teach speed and strength training through biomechanical efficiency.  When an athlete achieves maximum efficiency, improvements in speed and  strength follow, but are not the only benefits. Athletes who master their own negative tendencies will increase speed, as well as prevent overuse injuries and even relieve pain from previous injuries.

Coaching

Speed

Our coaching service is dedicated to teaching athletes how to move efficiently, increase speed and improve endurance, by emphasizing the proper hierarchical relationship of all forces interacting during activity. Improved movement proficiency has the most significant effect on speed and injury potential. All athletic movements - running, jumping, cycling, swimming, etc. - are a product of the efficient use of gravitational torque, muscular elasticity, ground reaction force and neuromuscular activation to achieve motion.
